Job Details:
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials as required for customers
- Maintain stockpiles
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on site
- Assist with other machinery operations as needed
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Team leadership; train new employees, coordinate material handling with other team members, and communicate with dispatch and other departments

Experience:
- Loader operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Machine operation: 2 years (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in loader operation and heavy equipment handling
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
- Ability to operate additional machinery such as dozers, backhoes, or excavators is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Strong management experience a plus
